WoG Intel™ — Word of God Intelligence is operated by Xodus Solutions Ltd, England and Wales, which acts as the data controller under UK data protection law.

• Feedback you send us, and any optional name or email you include.
• Topics you type into prayer, Bible search, devotion, sermon, and study tools, and the outputs we generate for you.
• Basic usage data: page views, features used, an anonymous visitor ID, session ID, and device, browser, and screen information.
• Staff account data for authorised backend users (name, email, role, login activity).
• Emails we send for password resets, staff invitations, and service notices.

• To run the service and generate responses to your queries.
• To improve the quality and safety of our content.
• To understand overall usage trends.
• To protect the service and comply with the law.

To generate prayers, devotionals, and study aids, we share the text of your queries with trusted AI providers who process it only on our instructions and do not use it to train their own models without permission.

Service data is stored in our database (Supabase). Service emails are delivered via Resend. Processing may take place in the UK, EEA, or other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

We keep data only for as long as we need it. Final retention periods will be confirmed before full commercial launch.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers acting on our instructions, advisers under confidentiality, or authorities where required by law.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• Access your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete data where it applies.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
